Exercise Classes

We are continually looking to develop our group exercise programme, in addition to our popular Aquarobics classes, we have a number of new and exciting classes for you to try;


Boxercise Monday 7pm-8pm

Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in a great fun, stress busting class to suit everyone. It one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.

HiLo Aerobics Tuesday 7pm-8pm

A high energy exercise to music class with moves that cater for all levels from beginner to athlete. Combine athletic movements with more traditional aerobic moves into a workout designed to burn calories while toning and shaping. Improve coordination and agility whilst getting fitter and leaner.

Pump it UP! Thursday 5:30pm -6:30pm

Pump it UP! – A resistance class using light weights and high repetitions to develop lean, athletic muscle. We train with barbells and plates focusing on traditional exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and rows but in a multi-planar functional workout. You will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.

All classes are charged at £4.20 per class.  Alternatively buy a Mix it Up Card for 10 sessions for £21.00.  Currently all classes are provided on a first come first served basis.
