LNTMs are updates that provide seafarers with the latest navigational information for the local area. Notices can report changes and deficiencies in aids to navigation, marine information such as newcharts, channel depths, naval operations, and vessel operations in harbour. These can be temporary information of short duration or can remain in place until there is, for example, a change in local legislation.
